GeerCrest Farm is being preserved as a community treasure for all and everyone. Helping with farm work, listening to stories, looking at artifacts, watching the sun set over Homer's View – it all makes history real, especially for children. Their participation fosters the understanding, that working on farms means relying on what other generations have done and helps them recognize that their own contributions will not serve necessarily them and their families alone, but also future generations.

There are many opportunities for you to participate in this exciting endeavor. Be it as an event coordinator, helper, project-leader or as someone who can provide assistance in research, bookkeeping or legal matters, we will treasure your contributions.
